I'm Erica Sjostrand, REALTOR® with Best of Kentucky Homes Realty, LLC. I help buyers and sellers throughout Spencer County and the surrounding Kentucky communities navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives: where to call home.
My approach
I built my practice on a simple idea — treat every client the way I would want my own family treated. That means listening before recommending, communicating clearly even when the news isn't easy, and making sure you never feel rushed into a decision that doesn't sit right.
Real estate is part data, part instinct, and part heart. Numbers matter — comps, days on market, cost per square foot — but so does whether a home feels like yours when you stand on the porch. I bring both to every showing and every listing conversation.
